4. Booking & Payments
All appointments must be booked in advance.
Payment must be completed before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.
Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable.
CouplesBrain reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Professional Relationship
Using this website or booking an appointment does not guarantee a therapist-client relationship until your appointment has been confirmed and accepted by the assigned professional.
